Sparkling Butterflies

I wanted my butterflies to sparkle, but glitter is not allowed. I had some silver mylar wrapping paper and used it to cover the bases of the butterflies, which I cut from cream card and colored with sharpies. The scan makes them look like prisims, but they sparkle and shine in real life.

my first Butterflies

This is Becca aka goatesgirl from the cricut MB...just wanted to show you a few butterflies that I made this morning for this project. I used a few cut and emboss butterflies that were RAKd to me. I inked the edges and added rub-ons, rhinestones and pearls. These were easy and quick and fun to make. This is such a great cause and I can't wait to see how many that we come up with.
